Harmonie

Harmonie is the daughter of the stallion Calvados, a direct descendant of Uriel out of a CSI 1.60m competing mare, direct daughter of Ibrahim, Gold Rose. In other words, Calvados descends from two of the original Selle Français bloodlines. Calvados himself also competed up to CSI 1.60m and has been widely used as a stallion, proving his versatility with almost 50 offspring competing at CSI 1.60m, and some also excelling in dressage and eventing.
On the dam’s side, Harmonie is out of Electra, a KWPN direct daughter of none other than Voltaire, sire of the world’s No.1 stallion in the 2024 rankings, Kannan GFE, out of a CSI 1.50m competing mare. Electra combined international sport with breeding, producing 9 offspring, 6 of whom competed internationally and one approved stallion, Sex-Appleal. Another of Electra’s daughters, and therefore Harmonie’s sister, Dametje van Liefhebber, produced 3 offspring: the two colts by Berlin are ranking competitors, Jericho with Ellen Whitaker (GBR), and Hiperbolics, exported to the USA.
